What is the children's song about waking up that screams "QUIET" at the end?

I learned it at camp years ago. We serenaded the boys barracks this
song early in the morning. We sang the song very quietly, it was
about chirping birds and good morning and I think mice... but at the
very end of the song we literally yelled at the top of our lungs
"QUIET!!!!!". I can't remember it for the life of me. Anyone know
what this song might be?
